Moisture Balance Toner
Moisture Balance Toner is a skin-conditioning toner that quenches skin with hydration. It immediately replenishes moisture, helps maintain hydration levels, and soothes dry skin. Appropriate for dry, normal, and combination skin types, this lightweight formula absorbs quickly and layers easily.
Key ingredients include sodium hyaluronate to attract moisture, proline amino acid for skin conditioning, sodium PCA as a humectant, and fructooligosaccharides to help retain moisture. Apply a quarter-size amount to a cotton pad after cleansing and sweep over the face. It's ideal for those with dry skin or those exposed to harsh climates and can substitute for other toners during winter weather.
