Because our products are personal-care and skincare items, all sales are final once a product has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unopened items: If a product is unopened and unused, contact us within 14 days of delivery at talli@aestheticsbytalli.com and we'll arrange an exchange or store credit. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Reactions & support: Your skin's health matters to us. If you experience irritation or a reaction, stop use and email talli@aestheticsbytalli.com within 14 days — Talli will help you adjust your routine or find a suitable alternative. Patch-testing new products is always recommended.

Damaged or incorrect orders: Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the item at no cost.
